Hitler on Congress

Do you know what Adolph Hitler said about democracies? In Mein Kampf, he wrote that one hundred fools do not make one wise man. Apparently, President Bush believes that five hundred and thirty five Congressmen do not make one wise person. And now Congress is proving them right.
